Position Overview:

Courtesy Chevrolet, a Courtesy Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a bilingual Concierge on our Service Drive to welcome all guests and customers, ensuring they feel valued and well-directed from the moment they enter the premises. The concierge is the face of the business, setting the tone for the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly Greet / Acknowledge customers in the service drive
• • Confirm purpose of visit and guide to proper department as needed
  • Inform advisors of customer arrival
• Maintain service reception area, patio, and waiting room
  • Work with porters to keep areas free of trash
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must speak and read spanish
• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends.
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
