Courtesy Volvo Cars of Scottsdale is seeking a Parts Associate for our Parts Department. The Parts Associate is an essential member of the Parts Department. The Parts Associate will be trained to perform all operational aspects, including receiving to point-of-sale, delivery of parts,

 and as needed to optimize productivity and customer service in and out of the Shop. This provides a tremendous opportunity for career growth and advancement within the Courtesy Group.

The Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for:

• Pick parts to fill orders.
• Restock warehouse shelves/bins with incoming parts.
• Assist with reorganization projects in the warehouse.
• Regular cycle counting and contributing to our annual physical inventory.
• General clean up and maintenance of the warehouse/shelves and exterior as needed.
• Receiving incoming deliveries.
• Correctly receive and post parts to correct orders and or for stock.
• Ecommerce also a part of daily task/ order completion.
• Assist co-workers with parts-related questions and requests.
• Prepare outgoing deliveries and dispatch driver.
• Log lost sale occurrences and reasons.
• Assist with service jobs as required.
  

Experience/Skills Required:

• Very reliable and accountable.
• Hard working.
• Eager to learn and take on more responsibility.
• Team oriented.
• Customer oriented.
• Strong people skills.
• Sense of urgency.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Must have valid driver's license and driving record in good standing.

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience in a Parts or warehouse operation, preferred.
• Computer experience, preferred.
