What You’ll Do
As a Sales Associate, you’ll help create unforgettable customer experiences while driving dealership sales and profitability.
Sales Responsibilities
- Sell new and pre-owned motorcycles
- Present product features and benefits confidently
- Follow up with leads, past customers, and showroom traffic
- Maintain dealership profit margin objectives
- Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently

Introduce customers to all dealership departments
Customer Experience
- Deliver an exceptional Harley-Davidson buying experience
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct road tests and vehicle deliveries that feel like an EVENT
- Follow the dealership’s C.U.S.T.O.M. sales process

Continue learning through training and professional development
Physical Requirements
- Majority of the day spent on your feet
- Occasionally assist in balancing and moving motorcycles up to 1,000 lbs
- Work environment may include loud noise and occasional exposure to exhaust fumes
