What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, personal care, and other daily needs

• Build meaningful relationships while encouraging independence and dignity

• Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to the appropriate team members

• Engage residents in activities and conversations that bring connection and fun to their day

• Work with your team to provide personalized, compassionate care

• Help create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment

What You’ll Bring

• Good communication skills and a willingness to jump in and help

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
