Schedule: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM | 2 Days per Week | Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation Required

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with daily activities, including dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Monitor residents’ well-being and report changes in condition.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Encourage resident engagement, connection, and independence.
• Provide care with compassion, patience, dignity, and respect.

• You have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with seniors.
• You are dependable, compassionate, and patient.
• You communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required. We provide training!
