What You'll Do

• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal care needs.

• Promote Independence: Encourage residents to stay active and involved in their daily routines.

• Monitor Well-Being: Observe changes in residents' conditions and promptly report concerns.

• Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.

• Create Joy: Engage residents in activities, conversations, and moments that make each day special.

• Protect Dignity: Provide compassionate care with patience, respect, and understanding.

What We're Looking For

• Heart for Seniors: Friendly, patient, and compassionate, with a genuine enjoyment of spending time with older adults.

• Team Spirit: Works well with others and is willing to support teammates.

• Great Communication: Communicates clearly, listens carefully, and responds with patience.

• Dependability: Reliable and available to work the Friday–Monday PM schedule, including holidays as needed.

• Physical Readiness: Able to perform the physical duties of the role, including standing and assisting residents with mobility and transfers, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Experience: Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required. We provide training!

• State Requirements: Must meet all applicable California requirements for the role.
