What You’ll Do

• Provide medication support: Safely administer medications and maintain accurate records.

• Support residents: Assist with daily needs while promoting dignity and independence.

• Stay attentive: Observe changes in condition and communicate concerns to nursing staff.

• Build connections: Create meaningful relationships with residents, families, and teammates.

What You’ll Bring

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification or equivalent based on Iowa requirements.

• Compassion, dependability, and a positive attitude.

• Strong communication and basic computer skills.

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Iowa Requirement: Medication Aides must complete an approved medication aide or medication manager course, pass the required exam, and be assessed by a licensed healthcare professional before administering medications.
