Responsibilities:

• • Supervision and Leadership:

    •  Hiring and Training:

       Recruiting, hiring, and training new service technicians. 

       
    •  Scheduling and Assignment:

       Creating work schedules, assigning tasks to technicians, and ensuring work is distributed fairly. 

       
    •  Performance Management:

       Conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and addressing any issues or concerns. 

       
    •  Motivation and Teamwork:

       Motivating the team, fostering a positive work environment, and encouraging collaboration. 

       

               Technical and Operational Management:

    • Technical Support:

       Providing technical assistance to technicians when needed

     

               Quality Control:

               Inspecting work in progress and finished repairs to ensure quality standards are met. 

     
  •            Inventory Management:

               Maintaining adequate inventory of parts and supplies, working with the owner or general manager to order as needed. 

     
  •            Record Keeping:

               Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including repair orders and customer information. 

     
           Customer Relations and Compliance:
  •            Customer Communication:

               Handling customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  •            

               Regulatory Compliance:

               Understanding and ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
  •          

               Warranty Management:

               Overseeing warranty procedures and ensuring compliance with manufacturer guideline

Qualifications:

• ASE certifications are required
• Strong automotive background in General Motors
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
