Toyota Service Manager 

Job Requirements:

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, high level of motivation.
• At least 2 years Automotive Retail Service Manager experience required.
• Toyota or Lexus experience is a plus.
• Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus.
• ASE Certification (C1) - preferred but not required.
• High volume service department experience a plus.
• Proven track record in CSI and professional work ethic is a must.
• Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with good driving record.
• Submit to and successfully complete Motor Vehicle Record Check, Background Check, and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Supervising and monitoring Service Advisors and service drive.
• Answers technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Assists in diagnosing vehicle problems.
• Maintaining and growing the service department.
• Oversees administration of warranty claims.
• Oversees training and supervising of service department employees.
• Works with upper management to make service department hiring and discipline decisions. Sets schedules and assigns tasks to service department employees.
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain effective employee relations.
