Copeland Toyota is a family owned dealership that has proudly served the Brockton community for over 50 years. We’re expanding our team and looking for motivated, customer focused Internet & Sales Consultant to join our newly built call center. Available Full Time Schedules

Option 1
• Mon–Thurs: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1hr break)
• Fri: OFF
• Sat: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (½hr break)
• Sun: OFF

Option 2
• Mon–Wed: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1hr break)
• Thurs: OFF
• Sat: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (½hr break)
• Sun: OFF

Option 3
• Mon–Thurs: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1hr break)
• Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1hr break)
• Sat & Sun: OFF

What You’ll Do

• Respond to internet and phone inquiries promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate product information to customers
• Set quality appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with leads and nurture interest
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Use CRM tools and communicate effectively with internal teams
• Meet and maintain key performance indicators

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong multitasking and timemanagement skills
• Motivated, coachable, and goaldriven
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Bonus: Fluency in Haitian Creole, Spanish, or Portuguese
