Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm ( Weekends OFF )
• Monday-Tuesday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Wednesday OFF, Thursday - Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am-4:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Develop new and build existing relationships with potential customers
• Respond to email, online and phone inquiries
• Support sales staff in setting appointments
• Enter data in the CRM system and follow up on pending unsold leads
• Prepare documents for set appointments and phone deals
• Provide vehicle information and pricing to customers


Requirements

•Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to build customer relationships
• Knowledge of dealership products and services
• Communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office
