Job Summary

Copeland Toyota is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging with customers and working with them to identify their needs and recommend a suitable vehicle. We offer a generous salary and excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers regarding their vehicle needs and wants
• Develop relationships with clients to cultivate a network of loyal customers
• Identify customer needs and present an appropriate product recommendation
• Follow-up with existing and potential customers
• Assist in setting and achieving sales goals
• Answer customer inquiries
• Complete Business Development Center training
• Maintain accurate customer information in dealership management system

Requirements
•Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to build customer relationships
• Knowledge of dealership products and services

Hours Offered:

Monday, Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (1-hour unpaid break)

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday-Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (1-hour unpaid break)

Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ( 1/2 hour unpaid break )

or

Monday - Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (1-hour unpaid break)

Thursday: OFF

Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (1-hour unpaid break)
