Copeland Toyota is a family-owned dealership serving Brockton for over 50 years, and we’re expanding! We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our brand-new, professional call center. Flexible Full-Time Schedules

We value work-life balance and offer two primary options:

• Option 1: Mon–Thurs (10 AM–7 PM), Fri (OFF), Sat (8:30 AM–5 PM).

• Option 2: Mon–Thurs (10 AM–7 PM), Fri (9 AM–6 PM), Sat & Sun (OFF).

What You’ll Do

• Manage Inbound Interest: Respond to internet and phone inquiries quickly and professionally.

• Client Retention: Execute proactive outreach campaigns to our current customer database (no cold calling).

• Expert Guidance: Provide accurate product information on our lineup (RAV4, Tacoma, Highlander, etc.).

• Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality VIP appointments for our sales team.

• Lead Nurturing: Use our CRM tools to follow up with leads and maintain high customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

• A motivated, coachable, and goal-driven mindset.

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (Background check and drug test required).

• Bonus: Fluency in Haitian Creole, Spanish, or Portuguese.
