We are actively hiring reliable LPNs and RNs to work with local adult clients throughout O'Fallon City and St. Charles County, Missouri. We will empower you through comprehensive, hands-on training to safely use all equipment and implement every procedure specific to a client.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home.
• Responsible for identification of client medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plan.
• Provide daily reports concerning client conditions, care, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services for clients and assist in the coordination of nursing care in the home environment.

Qualifications:

• Current nursing license valid in Missouri
• CPR Certification
