We are hiring an Automotive Technician to join our service team in [City, TX]. This role supports a range of vehicle repairs and maintenance in a structured, team-oriented dealership environment.

We are open to technicians at different stages of their career, from those looking to grow into the role to experienced professionals who can diagnose and perform advanced repairs independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues (based on experience level)
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Communicate clearly with service advisors on repair status
• Follow dealership processes and safety standards

Experience Levels

We are open to both developing technicians and experienced professionals.

Entry-level candidates should have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and basic automotive knowledge.

Experienced and master-level technicians should have strong diagnostic ability and be capable of completing repairs independently.

Compensation and responsibilities will be aligned with experience and skill level.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience or training preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Diagnostic ability (for experienced candidates)
• Ability to use tools and equipment safely
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation

$20.00 – $60.00 per hour / flat rate (based on experience)
