Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Ford vehicles, technology, financing options, and dealership services
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale
• Utilize phone, text, email, and CRM tools to communicate with customers
• Work closely with management and teammates to achieve individual and team goals
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude each day

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
