Are you dependable, experienced, and passionate about helping others? Continuum Home Health Care is seeking a Weekend Warrior caregiver to support high-priority clients in Holland, MI during morning hours.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Pay: Starting at $18/hr – more with experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong reliability and commitment – no-call/no-show is not an option with these clients

• Experience working with high-priority or high-need individuals

• Confident with personal care, mobility support, transfers, and basic household tasks

• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate mindset

• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and pass background screening
