We are in search of an entry level Maintenance/Handyman! This individual will be assisting with multiple facilities. Candidate must possess basic problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, must be honest, dependable, punctual, and trustworthy. If you have a basic foundational knowledge of the field, but no professional experience, we are willing to train!

Duties/preferable skills (include but are not limited to):

  • Eager to learn new carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills.

  • Change AC filters at all Austin locations (all within 4 miles of each other).

  • Assisting Facility Maintenance and Repair team with any additional tasks needed

  • Basic operation to input information regarding repairs or recommendations, sending/answering emails.

  • Must have reliable transportation to get from job site to job site. Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.

Physical requirements:

  • No fear of climbing ladders

  • Lifting moving heavy furniture, boxes, tools, with use of moving equipment

  • Proper lifting techniques for max 80 lbs alone (bag of concrete)

  • Work in outside elements, including inclement weather

  • Ability to learn and operate Scissor lift, Fork lift, and Boom

Hours:

  • This position is a full-time position that requires 40 hours per week. 

  • All facilities located in Austin and Georgetown.

Compensation:

  • $25.00 - $30.00 an hour depending on experience. 

  • Self-supplied basic tools a plus but not required.
