As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for driving successful paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms for a variety of clients. You will work closely with clients and the creative team to ensure that campaigns are effective, engaging, and aligned with client goals. Your role will involve strategic planning, execution, performance analysis, and reporting of social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and more.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement paid social media strategies for multiple clients and brands

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their goals, target audience, and marketing objectives.

Research trends, audience behaviors, and industry benchmarks to inform campaign strategies.

Campaign Execution:
-
Create, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and other platforms.

Develop and test ad copy, creative assets, and audience segments for optimized performance.

Collate data based on previous campaigns to formulate a retargeting plan.
-
Manage budgets for multiple clients, ensuring optimal ROI.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance across key metrics such as CPC, CPM, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.

Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for clients, highlighting key successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.

Handle any questions or issues clients may have with the campaigns.

Regularly monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum performance, adjusting targeting, creative, and budget allocation as necessary.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns are using the latest tools and strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:
-
Experience:
-
2+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, ideally in an agency setting or for multiple clients.

Proven experience with platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience targeting, and advertising tools.

Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.

Skills:

Expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns for different client goals.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in using social media analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously.

Hours:
- This is a full-time position
- Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm
Compensation:
- Starting at $25 per hour
