More Than Cars is reshaping the perception of the retail automotive industry through media, storytelling, and creative services that actually matter. Our work spans podcasts, videos, campaigns, activations, and live events. Our clients span dealers, tech companies, OEMs, and financial services.
The Account Executive role is where our vision meets execution. You’ll make sure the transition from “signed” to “successful” is smooth, strategic, and scalable.
The Gig Is:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients after the deal is closed.

Onboard new clients with clarity, confidence, and excellent communication.

Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations across internal teams (sales, creative, production).

Lead kickoff meetings, status updates, and wrap-up sessions with clients.

Track campaign success and support client retention with thoughtful touchpoints and insights.

Coordinate feedback loops and ensure internal teams have what they need to execute at a high level.

Work hand-in-hand with our Partner Development Managers to grow accounts and surface upsell opportunities.

Handle occasional fire drills (because we’re fast-moving) without losing the plot.

Keep things tight in the CRM (Pipedrive) and project management platforms.
You Are:

A natural relationship builder: friendly, sharp, and easy to trust.

Obsessed with follow-through and project clarity.

A strong communicator in meetings, over email, and in writing.

Able to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and leadership teams.

Experienced in managing client relationships, preferably in agency, media, or creative environments.

Proactive and self-managed. You don’t wait for direction, you get ahead of the ask.

Someone who takes pride in great client experience, but also knows how to push back when needed.
Salary:
$65,000–$75,000 depending on experience, with bonus potential tied to retention and satisfaction metrics.

Working hours:
You must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule, which is 40 hours per week within the range of 8am–7pm ET business hours, Monday–Friday.
