Concierge Care is seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for private duty senior home care opportunities in Orange Park, Florida.

Your Role

Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent by assisting with:

• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

• Companionship and daily activities

• Mobility and safe transfers

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Medication reminders

• Transportation and errands as needed

• Alzheimer's and dementia care support
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license OR Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

• Current CPR certification

• Social Security card

• Health statement completed within the past six months

• Required Florida caregiver training: 2-hour Alzheimer's, 1-hour HIV/AIDS, and 2-hour medication assistance

• Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening
