Concierge Care is hiring qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for private duty home care opportunities in Jacksonville, Florida.

What You'll Do

You'll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home by providing:

• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

• Companionship and assistance with daily routines

• Mobility assistance and safe transfers

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Medication reminders

• Errands and transportation as needed

• Alzheimer's and dementia care support
  
  

What You Need to Qualify

• Active Florida CNA license OR Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

• Current CPR certification

• Social Security card

• Health statement completed within the past six months

• Required caregiver training: 2-hour Alzheimer's, 1-hour HIV/AIDS, and 2-hour medication assistance

• Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening

• Dependability and a compassionate approach to senior care
