Certified HHA / CNA

WEST JACKSONVILLE CAREGIVERS NEEDED

Concierge Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for one-on-one home care in West Jacksonville and surrounding areas.

We have an ongoing morning client in the 32221 area plus additional PRN and recurring client opportunities throughout Jacksonville.

Current 32221 Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–11:00 AM
• 11 hours per week
• Ongoing recurring schedule
  
  

Additional hours may be available with other Jacksonville clients based on caregiver availability and location.

What We Offer

• $18–$22 per hour
• Weekly pay
• W-2 employment
• Recurring and PRN schedules

• $100 bonus opportunity for designated qualifying clients/hours
  
  

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
• Companionship
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and safety assistance
  
  

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license OR Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Social Security card
• Current CPR certification
• Health statement completed within the past 6 months stating “Free of Communicable Diseases”
• Ability to meet AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening requirements
  
  

Required Training

• 2-hour Alzheimer's
• 1-hour HIV/AIDS
• 2-hour Assistance with Self-Administered Medication
• Required Florida Elder Affairs training
