CNA / Certified Home Health Aide

PONTE VEDRA CAREGIVERS NEEDED

Concierge Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for one-on-one home care in the Ponte Vedra Beach area.

We currently have client care needs in Ponte Vedra and are looking for dependable caregivers interested in recurring weekly and PRN schedules.

Current Opportunities

• Weekday and recurring schedules
• Daytime client care
• PRN opportunities
• Additional hours as new local clients become available
• One-on-one care in the client's home
  
  

What We Offer

• $18–$22 per hour
• Weekly pay
• W-2 employment
• Recurring and PRN schedules
• One-on-one client care
• Opportunity to pick up additional hours
• $100 caregiver bonus opportunity for designated qualifying clients and required hours
  
  

Responsibilities

• Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Companionship
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and safety assistance
  
  

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license OR Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Social Security card
• Current CPR certification
• Health statement completed within the past 6 months stating “Free of Communicable Diseases”
• Ability to meet AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening requirements
  
  

Required Training

• 2-hour Alzheimer's
• 1-hour HIV/AIDS
• 2-hour Assistance with Self-Administered Medication
• Required Florida Elder Affairs training
