Concierge Care is growing in the Palatka area, and we're looking for qualified Florida CNAs and Certified HHAs to join our home care team.

We're recruiting now for current and upcoming PRN client assignments. This is a great opportunity for caregivers who want flexibility while also having the ability to pick up recurring hours as our client needs increase.

Home Care Opportunities

Available assignments may include:

• Weekday and weekend shifts
• Morning and daytime care
• Afternoon and evening schedules
• Overnight assignments
• Recurring weekly clients
• Short and extended shifts

• $18–$22/hour

We're Recruiting Around Palatka

We're looking for caregivers throughout Palatka, East Palatka, San Mateo, Interlachen, Hollister, and surrounding Putnam County communities.

Who We're Looking For

Applicants must have either:

An active Florida CNA license

OR

A Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved training school

Working previously as an HHA does not qualify by itself. HHA applicants must have the required HHA certification.

Requirements

-Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)

-Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

-CPR certification

-Social Security card

-A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases

-Completed CEUs:
• 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication

-Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
