Are you a recent social work graduate or an early-career social worker looking to leverage your unique skills in a business development role? We are seeking a Part Time Entry-Level Referral Partner Business Development Manager to identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key referral sources within the social service, healthcare, and community-based organizations in our target areas. This role is perfect for someone who is highly collaborative, an excellent communicator, and eager to make a tangible impact by connecting individuals and families with the resources they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential referral partners within Downtown Chicago, Near North Chicago, and the Western Chicago Suburbs.
- Initiate contact and build rapport with social workers, case managers, discharge planners, community leaders, and other relevant professionals.
- Educate potential partners about Concierge Care's services and value proposition.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with referral sources to ensure a consistent flow of client referrals.
- Collaborate internally with our Care Management team to ensure seamless referral processes and positive partner experiences.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and community meetings to represent Concierge Care and expand our professional network.
- Track and report on business development activities and referral metrics.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW) required.
- Demonstrated experience in social work practice within Downtown Chicago, Near North Chicago, and/or the Western Chicago Suburbs is essential. (Please highlight specific areas in your application).
- Strong understanding of the social service ecosystem, community resources, and referral pathways in the designated geographic areas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable with outreach and networking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (or willingness to learn).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for local travel.
