Concierge Care is a locally owned and operated senior home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to seniors in seven counties surrounding Chicago. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Recruiter to join our growing team at Concierge Care. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and hiring compassionate and skilled individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of seniors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with people.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for caregiver positions, including:
- Developing and posting engaging job descriptions on various online platforms and community boards.
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Screening applications and conducting initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Scheduling and coordinating in-person interviews with hiring managers.
- Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conducting reference checks and assisting with background checks.
- Extending job offers and ensuring a smooth on-boarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet the ongoing staffing needs of Concierge Care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations, vocational schools, and other potential referral sources in the Oak Brook area and surrounding communities.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity.
- Proficiency in using online job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) and a willingness to learn.
- A genuine passion for connecting with people and understanding their career goals.
