Job Description: 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to oversee our Home & Kitchen product lines at IAI Smart Inc. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing management. Your primary goal will be to drive the success and growth of our Home & Kitchen product portfolio by understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Home & Kitchen category aligned with company goals and objectives. 

1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer trends, competitive offerings, and emerging opportunities in the Home & Kitchen sector. 

1. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and manufacturing to develop new products or enhance existing ones, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.

1. Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap outlining key initiatives, milestones, and timelines for Home & Kitchen products. 

1. Launch Planning: Lead product launch activities, including coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies. 

1. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as sales data, customer feedback, and market share, to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 

1. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product updates, progress, and insights to internal stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams. 

1. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners involved in the production and distribution of Home & Kitchen products. 

1. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for product development, marketing, and other related expenses within the Home & Kitchen category. 

2. Product testing: Ability to test electronic devices 

Requirements: 

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.  

1. Proven experience as a Product Manager,  with a focus on consumer electronic products. 

1. Strong understanding of consumer electronics  market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. 

1. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and profitability. 

1. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 

1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus. 

1. Experience working with design and manufacturing processes, including knowledge of product development cycles and quality assurance practices. 

1. Proficiency in product management tools and software applications.
