Physical Therapist – Home Health
$2,500 sign-on bonus + company car and gas card
Guthrie / Edmond / Oklahoma City / Stillwater and surrounding communities
Full-time | Pay per visit | $85,000–$95,000 expected annual range.  Companion Home Health is an Oklahoma-owned, Medicare-certified agency. We are hiring a Physical Therapist to treat patients in their homes across central Oklahoma. You get a company car and gas card (no putting miles on your personal vehicle) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over the first 6 months.

What the job looks like You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes after illness, injury, or surgery. Work is one-on-one. You set a field-based schedule, travel the central Oklahoma service area, teach patients and families home programs, and coordinate with nursing and other disciplines. Documentation is due within 24 hours of the visit. Service area: Oklahoma City, Edmond, Guthrie, Stillwater, Perry, and nearby communities.

 

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
• Current Oklahoma PT license (or eligible)
• Current CPR
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

Preferred, not required

• One year of clinical experience (home health is a plus)
• Strong outpatient, hospital, or rehab PTs who want to move into home health are encouraged to apply
