Early Mornings, Evenings & Weekends | Part-Time and PRN

Looking for a way to earn extra income while making a meaningful difference? Community Home Health Care is hiring RNs and LPNs for patient care visits in clients’ homes. Early morning, evening, and weekend opportunities may be a good fit alongside your current job, family commitments, or other responsibilities.

Provide one-on-one care that helps clients feel supported and safer at home. Part-time and PRN opportunities are available, with full-time opportunities also considered.

Nursing visits may include:

• Providing care according to the patient’s care plan, provider orders, and your license
• Monitoring patients and reporting changes in condition
• Completing ordered nursing treatments and wound care within your scope
• Supporting medication-related care as directed
• Teaching patients and caregivers about care routines and safety
• Documenting visits and communicating with the care team

We’re looking for nurses who:

• Hold a current Indiana RN or LPN license
• Are compassionate, dependable, and comfortable making home visits
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and coworkers
• Can work early morning, evening, or weekend hours
• Have home health experience or are interested in providing care in a home-based setting
