What You’ll Do:

• Provide thoughtful, one-on-one care including hygiene assistance, mobility support, medication reminders, and daily living help.

• Build lasting relationships through conversation, companionship, and engaging activities.

• Help seniors stay independent by preparing meals, handling light housekeeping, and assisting with errands and transportation.

• Coordinate with families and health professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

• Offer emotional support and encouragement, empowering clients to live with dignity and purpose.

We’re Looking for Individuals Who:

• Are compassionate and driven to enrich the lives of seniors (experience is a plus but not required).

• Communicate well, stay organized, and manage time effectively.

• Can adapt to different care needs and schedules with dependability.

• Are physically able to assist with mobility and personal care.

• Have a valid CA driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable, insured transportation.

• Hold or are willing to earn CPR certification (we’ll help you get trained).

• Have a high school diploma or GED and are legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Can pass a background screening.
