Cafeteria Attendant

POSITION PURPOSE: 

Responsible for maintaining, setting up, cleanliness, and stocking Food & Beverage items in cafeteria.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the Cafeteria.
• Prepares salad bar items.
• Sets up service stations.
• Visually inspects, selects all food served out of cafeteria.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Coordinate, prepare and deliver food to be served in the team member cafeteria
• Prepare and cook food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times
• Stock and maintain par levels for designated food station
• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
• Position requires bending, continuous standing, pushing, pulling carrying & lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work standing up in a confined area for long periods of time in order to perform the essential functions.
• Good eye/hand coordination needed to use all kitchen equipment. 
• Ability to stoop, grasp, lift and or carry or otherwise move or push goods on a hand cart weighing a maximum of 50 pounds.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed
• Must be able to work weekends from 10:30am to 7pm
