Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide expert guidance on available models and financing options.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Colonial Chevrolet product lineup and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless buying experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
