Hueston Woods Lodge & Conference Center is seeking a friendly and professional Host to welcome and assist guests in our dining areas. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously as they arrive.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Assist guests with special requests and accommodate seating preferences.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area.
• Provide accurate wait time information and manage guest flow during busy periods.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Previous experience as a host or in customer service preferred.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
