Night Auditor

Join the team at Hueston Woods Lodge & Conference Center as a Night Auditor, where you will play a key role in maintaining smooth nightly operations and providing excellent guest service during overnight hours. This position is based in College Corner, OH, and is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who excel in both customer service and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of all hotel accounts and revenue reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and efficiency
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, or concerns promptly and courteously
• Maintain accurate records of nightly financial transactions and prepare reports for management review
• Monitor hotel security and safety procedures throughout the night shift
• Communicate effectively with day staff to ensure smooth transitions between shifts
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and balance cash drawers accurately

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or accounting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers and hotel management software
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and trustworthy with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
