JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for overseeing the Golf Pro Shop operations and ensuring that guest service is the top priority.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Hueston Woods Lodge & Conference Center is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Golf Shop Attendant to join our team in College Corner, OH. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our golf guests, assist with merchandise sales, and support the overall operations of the golf shop. The ideal candidate is passionate about golf, enjoys working in a team environment, and is committed to enhancing the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage sales of golf merchandise, apparel, and equipment
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf shop
• Assist with tee time reservations and customer inquiries
• Support inventory management and restocking of merchandise
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of golf terminology and equipment is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
