RV Service Manager

Blue Compass RV Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated and experienced RV Service Manager to lead our service department. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage the service team, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining efficient service processes. Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring timely and quality repairs.
• Lead, train, and motivate service technicians and staff to achieve department goals.
• Coordinate with parts and sales departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement service procedures and standards to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Manage departmental budgets, track expenses, and prepare service reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the service department.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an RV service management or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of RV systems and repair processes.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and operational planning effectively.
• Proficient with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
