Responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to create lifelong clients

• Use consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle

• Continuously learn about new Honda models, features, and technology to become a product expert

• Deliver engaging, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles

• Follow up with buyers to encourage repeat and referral business

• Handle objections with confidence and positivity to help customers feel comfortable and informed

• Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager on goals, activities, and progress

• Show up with a great attitude and a willingness to be a team player every day

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Driven, self-motivated, and ready to learn

• Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
