Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Service Manager to lead and grow our service department. This role is focused on process, team development, and consistent execution in a small-town environment with high standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily service operations (advisors, technicians, and support staff)
  • Drive performance through clear processes and accountability
  • Build and develop a strong, positive team culture
  • Ensure accurate use of PBS Systems DMS (critical to success)
  • Work closely with Parts to improve workflow and fill rate
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics (efficiency, labour hours, effective labour rate)
  • Apply Kaizen principles to improve operations
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and handle escalations

Qualifications

  • Experience in a dealership Service role (Manager or Senior Advisor)
  • Strong knowledge of PBS Systems DMS
  • Toyota experience is an asset
  • Understanding of Parts and Service workflow integration
  • Process-driven with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to build a team
