About the Role

As a Product Advisor, you’ll be the face of our Toyota dealership—guiding customers through one of the most exciting moments in their lives: choosing their next vehicle. Your mission is to create a welcoming, informative, and memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and preferences

• Present Toyota’s lineup with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm

• Deliver a customer experience built on trust, transparency, and genuine care

• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies

• Support customers throughout the buying journey, from first greeting to final delivery

• Follow up with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and long-term relationship building

• Maintain product knowledge of Toyota vehicles, features, and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor

• Ability to learn quickly and stay up-to-date with product information

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Previous sales or automotive experience is an asset, but not required—we’ll train the right person
