We’re not looking for a traditional, “by-the-book” Parts & Service Manager—we need someone hungry for growth, thrives on efficiency, and understands how to build a high-performance team.
This role is about Kaizen—continuous improvement. We have a talented team, strong customer demand, and the opportunity to build something top-tier. The right person will embrace efficiency, leadership, and smart decision-making to maximize shop production and guest experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving shop performance—50+ booked hours per day is the goal.
- Leading the team with clarity & accountability—Ensure ASM's are engaged in the service drive and focused on proper vehicle walk-arounds, history checks, and customer engagement offering preventative maintenance and services as required. .
- Expanding beyond our walls—Manage “hills and valleys” by increasing hours per repair order, not just chasing volume.
- Improving processes—Kaizen is key; you should always be asking, "How do we make this better?"
