We’re not looking for a traditional, “by-the-book” Parts & Service Manager—we need someone hungry for growth, thrives on efficiency, and understands how to build a high-performance team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving shop performance—50+ booked hours per day is the goal.
• Leading the team with clarity & accountability—Ensure ASM's are engaged in the service drive and focused on proper vehicle walk-arounds, history checks, and customer engagement offering preventative maintenance and services as required. .
• Expanding beyond our walls—Manage “hills and valleys” by increasing hours per repair order, not just chasing volume.
• Improving processes—Kaizen is key; you should always be asking, "How do we make this better?"
