Pay rates are on the high end in the industry, including overtime, holiday pay, phone reimbursement, direct deposit, and sick pay. 


New to Industry: $16.50

SOME Experience (6+months of professional experience (must provide proof)) or registered and active CA HCA registry 6+months - $18.00

Facility Pay Rate: - $20.00 - $22.00

CNA (active) and fully vaccinated: $20.00 - $24.00

On Call/StandBy (travel required) plus 100% mileage reimbursement:

  • East County - $21

  • North County Inland - $22

  • North County Coastal - $23

***BONUSES****up to $700*******

**$200 NEW HIRE BONUS For those who are fully vaccinated, already HCA registered (active), and have recent Negative TB test documentation (prior to attending the New Hire Session). Bonus payout after the 1 shift is completed within 30 days of active work.

*$500 Refer A Friend program- Once you work your first shifts you can refer a friend (new to CCP) and receive $500 upon their 30 days of active work.


Position Requirements:

  • Experience is NOT REQUIRED. Our trained staff will help you grow and develop. On-the-Job Training is available from our Care Managers, including Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  • Basic English, willing to travel in San Diego County and Smart Phone Friendly is required.

  • We can assist you to obtain the California State Requirements, which Include: State Background Check (LiveScan), Negative TB Test and Home Care Aide Registration.

  • Proof of COVID vaccination(s) or waiver

Successful completion of these requirements is required before you are client facing.
