Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of automotive experience preferred (any make or model welcome), though we will consider the right candidate with less.

• Core Skills: Solid working knowledge of entry-level service tasks, including general maintenance and fluid exchanges.

• Drive & Ambition: A strong desire to advance your skills and achieve Master Technician status.

• Background Checks: Ability to pass a standard background check and a 10-year driving record review.

Preferred Qualifications

• Holding 1 or 2 ASE certifications is a major plus.

• Basic diagnostic experience.
