Closets by Design Southeastern PA & DE

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to work inside of Home Depot Stores at our Closets by Design kiosk. As a Lead Generator your main goal is to schedule Home Depot customers for a FREE In-Home Consultation with Closets by Design. We are looking for a professional, dependable & motivated candidate. As a Lead Generation Specialist, your success comes from the hard work you put in! How's that for flexibility?

Compensation:

First 30 days: $12.50 per hour, plus an additional $15.00 per executed lead (includes training)

After 30 days: $150 per executed lead!

Requirements:

• MUST have a minimum of 4 years sales experience
• MUST have reliable transportation
• MUST keep clean, neat appearance
• MUST have excellent communication skills
• MUST have a flexible schedule—occasional weekends are required
• MUST be comfortable standing for extended periods of time
• MUST have an outgoing/friendly personality

Hours:

This position required a minimum of 4 hours per shift, with a minimum of 2 shifts per week. Weekend availability is required twice a month and does not have to be consecutive. Shifts are available 7 days a week to ensure that there is availability for everyone!
