We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative role. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Must have the ability to stay organized in a fast pace environment.

We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. Job Requirements

• Manage and orchestrate service requirements for customers
• Work with internal partners to develop service solutions
• General office duties along with other Front Office staff
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of computers
• Customer oriented, friendly and professional
• Reliable, punctual with good work ethic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong personal organization skills
