Designer / Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Closets by Design of the First Coast is looking for a motivated and self-driven Designer / Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an independent professional with excellent communication skills, a passion for design, and experience in sales.

As a Closets by Design designer, you can help others organize their home. We provide pre-set appointments with nice people just like you, close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, no experience is necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:

The Designer/Sales Representative role is a Full Time, commission only position and we're looking for someone who wants to self-direct their own income. The potential annual salary for this position is between $50,000 and $150,000 plus healthy bonuses. Other benefits includes a full healthcare package, 401k program, incentives, and discounts on our products and services.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver sales presentations and Designs that outline our mission, services, and products

- Build customer relationships and understand customer needs to customize the company offerings

- Collaborate with Design Management to improve sales skills

- Create and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers

- Provide accurate information and answer questions posed by customers

- Propose and execute plans for expanding our customer base

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a design and/or sales role

- Aptitude for customer service and an ability to build relationships

- Ability to work independently and professionally

- Great communication skills and a strong knowledge of the local market
