Job Overview

The Installation Supervisor is responsible for training and leading the Installation Department, while assisting the Installation Manager in day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Ensure installers have paperwork, materials, number of stops and itinerary for the day. Answer any questions from installers. Reaffirm the day’s expectations for all team members.

· Proactively address any challenges as soon as possible so that problem solving can occur to get the issue corrected and the job completed.

· Conduct routine site-visits in the field.

· Train junior installers in the field as required.

· Assist the Installation Manager with improving the team’s overall performance; including productivity, efficiency, accuracy, customer service, and reduction of services. Implement installation best practices.

· On occasion, as required by the installation schedule and available team members, act as an installer on regular install jobs or services.

· Be a positive factor and influence to the team’s overall job satisfaction.

· Implementation of Company Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications:

· 1+years of Cabinetry Installation Experience.

· Supervision of Team Members

· Customer Service Experience Required

Pay:

Starting Salary: $55,000 to $70,000 based on experience

Performance Bonus potential: 10% annually
