Showroom Located in Lakewood, Ohio

Due to extended growth, Closets by Design is looking for a full time Design Consultant in the Interior Design or Sales industry. As a Closets by Design Consultant, you can enjoy the flexibility of working in a schedule that fits for you! You will receive complete sales and design training, no experience required! Our next designer training class will be January 13-17th.

Closets by Design offers home organization products which include:

• Custom Closets
• Home offices
• Garage Systems
• Pantry & Entertainment Centers
• Murphy Beds

Design Consultant/ Sales Job Description:

• Drive to the Client’s house in a driving radius you are comfortable with  (leads are provided, Closets By Design does NOT cold call)
• Take measurements of the area
• Listen to what the client is looking for ---aka, hanging space, shelving, drawers, etc.
• Design, Price, and quote at the clients house
• Follow up with the client if it is not a sale having strong self-organization.
• Computer / Laptop NOT required, but recommended
• 100% commission based

On average, our Design Consultant's earn $3k-$7k+ in commission and bonuses per month.
