Machine Operator - Cabinet Production

Closets by Design will be adding 2 machine operators in cabinetry to our production and finishing departments. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, hardworking individual who is ready to learn and excel at new tasks. This is a great position for someone who wants long term employment with benefits and the ability to grow. We will invest in training the right applicants.

Job Responsibilities

• You will be trained to produce quality custom cabinet components.
• Learn company product lines, machinery, assembly and finishing standards.
• Follow established quality and safety standards.

Personal Requirements

• Attitude and hustle are valuable in this setting.
• Experience with woodworking equipment, large machines or hand tools a plus, but not required.
• Ability to understand simple math, including fractions and read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift and push 50 lbs. 
• Quality minded and Reliable.
