Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager, to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.

This is a full-time, salaried position with a monthly bonus opportunity and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and direct an outside sales team
• Interview and hire salespeople
• Facilitate training in both one-on-one and group settings
• Results-driven toward goal achievement
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Experience in a management capacity of sales, training, or operations.
• Strong personality and can communicate confidently and effectively with senior management.
• Enjoys sales & sales management and has experience coaching others on sales performance.
• Past training experience is a plus.
• Self-directed leader requiring minimal supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
• Highly organized

Requirements:

• 2 years minimum managing sales teams
• Personal sales background of at least 2 years with a track record
• Commitment to follow our proven, successful sales model
• Positive attitude towards achievement
• Great communication, organization, and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of Windows Office, Excel a plus
• Excellent customer service background
• Retail sales and management a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
